I currently teach Reading, English 9 and Honors English 9. This is my seventh year teaching at Sheridan HS. Before coming to the high school, I taught one year at the middle school and six years at an alternative school in Lancaster. From the age of 6, I knew I wanted to become a teacher. It truly is my passion. 

 

I attended Ohio University for my bachelor's in Middle Childhood Education and received my master's from Grand Canyon University in Secondary Education. 

 

I am married to my best friend, Ryan, and we have two children. Leo is 9 and Ana is 8. Leo is a third grader and Ana is a second grader at Thornville Elementary. We love to explore nature, watch movies and work/play in our yard. We also love to play with our Aussie Labradoodle, Andy.
